Job summary

Massage Envy Lynnwood is hiring for a client-focused role at our Lynnwood location. You will greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and explain our skincare services to members and guests.

This position emphasizes friendly, low-pressure sales, excellent customer service, and team collaboration. Ideal candidates enjoy talking to people, with 2+ years of work experience and a long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable talking to clients and engaging them in conversation.
• Sales with skincare services is conversational, low-pressure, and relationship-driven.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or similar fields is a plus.

• Friday and Saturday availability is needed
• AM, PM and weekend shifts are a part of all our schedules, we are open 7 days a week
• Must be at least 18 to work here
• Must have 2+ years work experience
• Must be looking for long term employment of 1+ year

The ideal candidates feels comfortable talking to clients and engaging them in conversation. Sales with us is really just talking to people, if you can do that the rest is easy. Great candidates can include those who love skincare, body work, have a history with low pressure sales, customer interaction and those in retail, hospitality, fast food and similar that want to a change of pace and have somewhere that they can learn and grow for a long time. We have low turnover with a light hearted, kind and fun team that everyone loves to work with. You don't have to be friends with everyone but you should always be kind and courteous with everyone. Nobody here is trying to one up anyone, we are all working towards the same goals.

Details:

• 20-40 Hours per week - Flexible for the right candidate, not looking for candidates under 20 hours a week
• We don't have set schedules, but we have monthly schedules, this allows everyone to have the time off they desire
• Pay $19-22+ Commissions
• Monthly schedules after training
• Our FT is 26hrs per week

Job Duties include:

• Checking clients in and out of sessions
• Scheduling appointments
• Understanding and explaining all services to members and guests
• Account assistance
• Updating payment methods
• Laundry and general clinic cleaning/upkeep daily
• Client follow ups (not sales calls)
• Assisting service providers with upgrades and other needs
