Job summary

Massage Envy Lynnwood is hiring for a front-desk/service role. You will engage clients, explain services, and help schedule appointments in a fast-paced skincare and wellness environment.

Commitment to long-term employment, willingness to work AM/PM and weekends, and comfort with talking to clients are essential. Base pay is $19–$22/hour plus commissions, with healthcare, PTO, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• AM, PM and weekend shifts are a part of all our schedules, we are open 7 days a week
• Must be at least 18 to work here
• Must have 2+ years work experience
• Must be looking for long term employment of 1+ year (our team has little turnover & invest a lot of time into training)

Details:

• Must be flexible on your schedule, some restraints can be worked around
• We don't have set schedules, but we have monthly schedules, this allows everyone to have the time off they desire
• Pay $19-22+ Commissions

• Our FT is 26hrs per week

The ideal candidates feels comfortable talking to clients and engaging them in conversation. Sales with us is really just talking to people, if you can do that the rest is easy. Great candidates can include those who love skincare, body work, have a history with low pressure sales, customer interaction and those in retail, hospitality, fast food and similar that want to a change of pace and have somewhere that they can learn and grow for a long time. We have low turnover with a light hearted, kind and fun team that everyone loves to work with. You don't have to be friends with everyone but you should always be kind and courteous with everyone. Nobody here is trying to one up anyone, we are all working towards the same goals.

Job Duties include:
