Retro Fitness in East Northport, NY is hiring for a Front Desk Associate. You will greet members, check in guests, promote services, and help create a welcoming, on-brand experience.

Responsibilities include selling memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training; handling billing questions; keeping the desk stocked and tidy; supporting daily operations; and delivering a fun, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression, handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do
