Heartland Dental is seeking a Front Dental Assistant for Pavilion Crossing Dental Care in Riverview, FL. No weekend work; schedule includes Tue–Fri with varying start times. NEW GRADUATES considered.

Role involves greeting patients, chairside support, x-rays, and using Dentrix; strong teamwork and patient care are essential. Join a network that supports doctors and emphasizes quality care, patient experiences, and ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state act.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start, educate during treatment.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography, etc.).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols per OSHA/CDC.
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize workflow.
