Pavilion Crossing Dental Care in Riverview, FL is seeking a Front Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. The position offers a weekday schedule with no weekends, and you’ll support a Heartland Dental network committed to high-quality care.

NEW grads welcome, with opportunities to grow while using state-of-the-art technology. As a Dental Assistant, you’ll take x-rays, assist with procedures, and help maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state act.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Access to minimum PHI with HIPAA training and data safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (iTero, digital photos).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms adhering to safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders; support Heartland Dental systems.
