Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring for Front Crew to deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and operate the POS system in a fast-casual environment. You will ensure a clean, safe dining area and assist with daily duties to support a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, promoting new items, and maintaining restaurant standards while working as part of a team in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health dept.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficient English written and verbal communication required.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers; assist with orders.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle payments.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
