Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking a Front Crew member to deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and operate the POS system in a fast-casual setting. You will maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with daily duties during shifts.

The role may be part-time or full-time, requiring adherence to health codes and reliable transportation. Training and promotions are available as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and proficient English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist customers with their orders.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedure at end of shift.
• Maintain store cleanliness through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing activities.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
