Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring a Front Crew to ensure a positive dining experience. You will take orders, operate the POS system, greet customers, and maintain a clean, safe dining area in a fast-casual setting.

Responsibilities include following health codes, promoting new menu items, handling payments, and assisting customers with their orders. This role offers part-time or full-time hours with eligibility for employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills, proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist customers with their orders.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling payment, serve food to customers.
• Promote marketing promotions, and new product items to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
