Job summary

Kelsan's Hotsy of Nashville division seeks a friendly Retail/Front Counter Sales Associate to help customers select products, process sales, and maintain an inviting showroom.

You will greet guests, recommend equipment and parts, prepare quotes, handle orders, answer questions, and collaborate with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service in a busy retail environment in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with customers and making product recommendations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn sales and inventory systems.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment, tools, or automotive products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with in-store purchases and product inquiries.
• Recommend products, equipment, parts, and supplies based on customer needs.
• Provide information on pressure washers, cleaning equipment, and related products.
• Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and handle customer orders.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked showroom and sales counter.
• Inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
• Work with the service department to coordinate customer needs and equipment-related questions.
• Perform other duties as needed to support daily store operations.
