Carolina Chemical Equipment Company, a Division of Kelsan, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for our Charleston showroom. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning equipment details, and helping customers find the right solutions, this is the job for you.

You will greet customers, recommend pressure washers, parts, and cleaning chemicals, keep the showroom organized, process transactions, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (experience with tools or equipment a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pressure washers, replacement parts, and cleaning chemicals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory using point-of-sale systems
• Assist with receiving shipments and restocking shelves
• Support outside sales and service teams as needed
