Job summary

Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist LLC. is seeking a Front Counter Representative / Parts Inventory Specialist to join their Tucson, AZ location. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring quality customer experiences and effective inventory management. Responsibilities include managing work orders, assisting customers both over the phone and in-person, and maintaining a well-organized inventory area. Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous parts, service advisor, inventory, or shop experience preferred.
• Heavy-duty, automotive, diesel, or industrial parts experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with job updates.
• Greet walk-in customers and intake incoming jobs.
• Open and manage work orders accurately within the system.
• Communicate with shop personnel regarding customer needs.
• Receive incoming parts orders and verify accuracy.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory.
• Track backordered and special-order parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office.
• Assist with general administrative and customer service duties.
