Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking Front Crew team members to join our fast-casual dining team. You will deliver excellent customer service, take orders, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. The role includes flexible scheduling, meal discounts, health benefits, and opportunities for growth in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills; proficient English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist customers with their orders.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures.
• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
