Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring for Front Crew to ensure a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving customers, and operating the POS system. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

The role includes greeting customers, supporting marketing promotions, and handling payments. Both part-time and full-time options are available, with opportunities for growth in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist customers with their orders.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling payment, serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedure at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
