Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and serve guests at the front counter using CORE 4 (eye contact, smile, enthusiastic speech, connection).
• Maintain knowledge of Chick-fil-A brand and menu items.
• Take orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter.
• Prepare and package food orders for catering and in-store orders.
• Check orders for quality and consistency.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Work with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support clear communication between front counter and kitchen staff.
• Carry out leadership instructions and guidance from the leadership team.
