Job summary

A leading facial bar in Minneapolis is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming and positive experience for guests. Responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards, meeting sales goals, and recommending products. Candidates should have at least 1 year of guest service experience and ideally possess sales and salon experience. Qualifications

• Salon experience is preferred, along with current esthetic students.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.

• Assist in all in-store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.

• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Qualifications
