FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every guest. You will uphold high guest service standards, assist in daily operations, and promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products while maintaining an organized schedule and ensuring timely timekeeping.

You will participate in product training, support store standards, and contribute to a positive team environment with opportunities for advancement. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Preferred Salon Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to ensure on-hand items.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door! They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment that maintains and exceeds standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.

• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)

• Sales and Marketing Experience
