FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage appointments in a fast-paced skincare environment. The role emphasizes skincare knowledge, client interaction, and helping guests choose services and products.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of successful sales experience, be comfortable with computers and bookings, and be available for part-time daytime shifts including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, including membership sales and client retention.
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients find the right services and products.
• Professional, personable, and confident when interacting with clients.
• Comfortable using computers, managing bookings, and answering phone calls.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and be responsible for cleaning duties.

• Willing and available to work Sundays.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Front Bar Team Member – Ideal Candidate
