Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an energetic Front Bar Receptionist to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

You will greet guests, educate them on services and skincare products, manage appointments, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior customer service and interest in skincare are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Interest in skincare and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards.

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you are the first impression of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations, driving retail sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
