FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Naperville, IL seeks a Front Bar Receptionist to create an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations and driving retail sales. You will maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment and guide guests through services, memberships, and skincare products.

The role requires 1+ year of guest service or retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for skincare.

Formación

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.

• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards.
