Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Fort Lauderdale seeks a motivated skincare-focused team member to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales. You will learn and promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, maintain an organized schedule, and support store operations to ensure a superior client experience.

The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with training, safety standards, and a collaborative team environment. Competitive hourly pay with potential commissions based on sales.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Preferred Salon Experience

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

EFFECTIVE PAY

• Effective pay defined: The total wages inclusive of hourly + commissions (if applicable) divided by how many hours worked in that time period.
• Effective pay can range from $12-22/hour based on individual sales.
