FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist in Illinois who delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales for a skincare-focused brand. The role involves maintaining schedules, selling FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and assisting in daily store operations.

The position supports both part-time and full-time roles and requires a Highschool diploma or equivalent. Candidates with guest-service experience and salon exposure will excel, with opportunities to train on product lines and hygiene

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Job Description

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
