Job summary

Rosemark at Mayfair Park, Denver's premier senior living community, is seeking a skilled Line Cook for our on-site, from-scratch kitchens. This part-time role prepares made-to-order meals to delight residents and guests, working with a dynamic culinary team to elevate our dining program in a welcoming community setting.

Compensation is $21.50–$23.50 per hour based on experience. Benefits include 48 hours sick leave, disability coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and an emergency savings plan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of special diets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes.
• Communicates frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensures all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated.
