Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to sit in Frisco, TX. You will oversee multiple construction projects, manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget openings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, landlords, general contractors, and trade workers, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. A PMP is preferred and 18+ age required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role (Preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction industry and ability to analyze problems and strategize solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; self-motivated and self-directed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Project Management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial budgets and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, landlords, general contractors, and trade workers to develop projects.
• Schedule coordination for contractors and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Provide progress reports on timelines, budgets, and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations.
• Communicate project timelines and opening dates to local field teams.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
