Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Decatur, IN is seeking a friendly Retail Associate for a part-time role (25 hours/week, evenings and weekends). You’ll provide customer service, operate the register, and help keep the store organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors with friendly, helpful service.
• Operate the register and process sales accurately.
• Assist donors with donations per center policy.
• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise.
• Move merchandise to sales floor and display areas.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
• Work with team to support daily sales and production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
