Job summary

Seis Kitchen Oro Valley is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team and provide a welcoming guest experience. You will take and input orders, deliver meals and beverages promptly, and help the dining room run smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

We emphasize work-life balance, daily free meals, and staff discounts. Previous restaurant experience is not required, and we value strong communication and hospitality. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional hospitality and create a positive dining experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional service, answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs.
• Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with side work, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.
