Job summary

Long Doggers Satellite Beach is hiring a part-time Greeter/Host. You will greet guests warmly, manage waitlists, and escort guests to tables to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Training is provided if you have little or no experience, and the team emphasizes hospitality and customer service in a fast-paced setting. As the first smile guests see, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere, handling guest questions, and helping maintain efficient seating and flow throughout

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Guest with a warm, friendly greeting and a genuine smile
• Manage the waitlist and communicate accurate wait times
• Escort Guests to clean, prepared tables as quickly as possible
• Thank Guests for dining with us and invite them to return
• Refill beverages and assist Guests as needed
• Develop a basic knowledge of our menu to answer Guest questions
• Clean and reset tables to maintain efficient seating
• Support fellow team members to help ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
