Qualifications

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Display a confident and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to sustain mobility for 6–8 hour shifts with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to carry about 35 lbs.
• Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Inform guests of estimated wait times.
• Input guests' information into the reservation system accurately.
• Show guests to their tables and take initial drink orders.
• Bid guests a warm farewell when they depart.
