Harvest Restaurant Group in Summit, NJ is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, show guests to tables and take initial drink orders.

This fast-paced, team-oriented role requires weekday and weekend availability, a confident, professional appearance, and the ability to work 6–8 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-service restaurant is preferred however not required.
• Display a confident and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
• Must be able to carry about 35lbs.
• Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.
