Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, pouring beers and wines, handling cash, maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service as a bartender.
• Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Knowledge of food and beverage, with passion to cultivate these skills.
• Display a confident and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to carry about 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and Serving Drinks: crafting cocktails, pouring beers and wines, and ensuring drinks are made to recipes and customer preferences.
• Cash Handling: managing transactions, processing payments, and balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining the Bar: keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked; cleaning glassware and restocking supplies.
