Job summary

Landed is hiring a Front of House (FOH) Team Member in Florida to greet guests, take orders, and keep the bakery running smoothly. You’ll be the first smile customers see, delivering friendly, efficient service while handling the register and food orders.

You’ll assist with food prep, prepare drinks, support bakers, maintain a clean, welcoming space, follow safety procedures, and help open or close the store. Flexible schedule and employee discounts are available as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Run the register and handle food orders.
• Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels).
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks.
• Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help open or close the store properly and securely.
• Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks.
