Landed is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet customers, take orders, and keep the cafe running smoothly. You’ll prepare coffee and assist with food prep, while supporting bakers and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

You’ll be the first face customers see, helping create a positive experience. This position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within a friendly bakery team.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to greet customers warmly and provide efficient service
• Comfort with handling a register and food orders
• Wamiliarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Team player with willingness to assist bakers and coworkers
• Able to open/close store and perform basic inventory tasks

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service

• Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels)
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks
• Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
