Lowes Foods is seeking a friendly Deli Team Member to support the deli department by greeting guests, preparing products, and maintaining freshness and sanitation. This position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

You will handle slicing, weighing, pricing, stocking, and communicating guest needs to management, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and accurate product presentation across the deli area.

Formación

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a polite, friendly manner and assist with questions.
• Prepare deli products for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Ensure sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Report temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support front porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards are met.
• Announce specials and sale information on PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
