Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy carts.
• Excellent communication and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and offer assistance as needed.
• Bag groceries for customers, ensuring items are packed carefully.
• Assist customers by taking groceries to their car.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts to the store.
• Assist in locating products and answering inquiries.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, surfaces, bathrooms.
• Assist with stocking shelves and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor for spills and hazards to maintain store safety.
• Follow policies and procedures and perform other duties as needed.
