Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with scanning and bagging at the checkout counter.
• Ensure accuracy in scanning items and prices; monitor product codes.
• Process cash, credit, and electronic payments using a POS system.
• Provide assistance and information on store policies, promotions, and products.
• Handle returns and exchanges per store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, including conveyors and scanners.
• Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent service.
