Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter or over the phone.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop beverages and products as needed.
• Keep the shop stocked, clean, and organized throughout shift.
• Monitor freshness and appearance of products and follow production lists.
• Handle register and process payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, hygiene standards, and store policies.
• Assist customers with product questions and locate items.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Support other store areas and take on special projects as needed.
