Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Ensure correct prices and discounts are applied to items.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and restock supplies.
• Monitor discrepancies or suspicious activities at the checkout.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect customers and assets.
• Restock shelves, coolers, displays; keep store visually appealing.
• Perform general cleaning of store areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
