Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Cashier to join our store team. You will ring up merchandise, greet customers, and deliver world-class service while staying product knowledgeable and aware of current promotions.

You’ll help customers with purchases, explain membership programs, and support in-store pickup and other services. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to calculate change and discounts and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner and provide customer service.
• Check out customers' merchandise through POS registers and handle transactions.
• Stock and straighten shelves when not ringing up product.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
