Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet customers, process purchases quickly and accurately, and provide a positive checkout experience in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

As part of the front-end team, you will handle cash, credit/debit payments, and returns, maintain clean checkout areas, assist customers with product locations, and support store leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly and accurately with friendly service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and make change; assist customers with locating products.
• Maintain checkout area clean and orderly; assist with stocking shelves as needed.
• Communicate effectively with front end management and team members.
