Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing orders quickly and accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle cash and card payments, assist customers with product locations, and support stocking and front-end cleanliness.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma, 1–2 years cashiering experience, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Strong teamwork and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide accurate change.
• Assist customers by giving product location information and resolving issues.
• Support stocking, facing, and cleaning duties as needed, while maintaining checkout area orderliness.
