Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto in Maquoketa, IA is hiring a temporary part-time Cashier to warmly greet customers, answer questions, and manage cash register functions. Qualifications

• 3–12 months of cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Temporary part-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and invite into cashier lane.
• Perform cash register functions proficiently.
• Direct customers to merchandise location or call for assistance as needed.
• Answer customers’ questions in person or by phone within established guidelines.
• Suggest add-on merchandise and help with returns/exchanges as needed.
• Assist with stocking, receiving, pricing and tagging merchandise.
• Keep checkout area neat and presentable.
