Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customer orders quickly and accurately while delivering friendly service. You will handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide information to customers, ensuring satisfaction and smooth checkout experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of cashiering exposure, high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Be outgoing, friendly, with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and with complete satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and give correct change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
