Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in New York is seeking a Store Associate to join our mission-driven team. You’ll provide friendly customer service at the register, assist donors, and help keep the sales floor organized.

Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, we offer free skill-building and training, generous team member discounts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement (Full Time Only).

• No experience needed—willing to learn and grow; cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and handle payments.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized; merchandise clothing by type and color.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and sorting tasks as needed.
• Report safety or security concerns to store management.
• Help with other duties to support a strong team environment.
