Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a full-time team member. Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and bonuses, you will greet donors, help unload donations, and keep areas clean. Training is provided, and full-time benefits apply.

You’ll move merchandise, price items, and assist with custodial tasks, indoors and outdoors. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift/move merchandise.
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks during shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
