Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help them choose baby essentials, and assist with school prep, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll collaborate with a diverse team, support omnichannel shopping, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere. Availability may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
