Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school milestones, all while upholding a welcoming, inclusive store culture. In this fast-paced retail role you’ll resolve customer issues, support floor replenishment and omnichannel needs, and process POS transactions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
