The CMA/MAT will assist with daily living activities and medication management while monitoring patient health and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a reliable, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
