Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Possess adequate knife handling skills and knife speed.
• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.

• Delivers freshness, quality and value with at shelf products and assists customers.
• Offers samples, answers questions and helps customers find products.

• Assists in inventory planning, pricing changes and daily admin tasks.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and temperature logs; ensures proper equipment use.
• Follows safety regulations and company guidelines; participates in recalls if needed.
