The role ensures accurate entry, maintenance, and confirmation of customer orders, shipments, pricing, and product receipts, serving as a liaison among customers, sales staff, and internal departments. The position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong communication to deliver exceptional service and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm customer orders, shipments, and purchase details into the ERP system, ensuring pricing, quantities, shipping information, and handling instructions are accurate.
• Review customer portal information and update or modify orders as directed by the Sales team.
• Monitor and maintain customer orders throughout the sales process.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support regional Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities related to sales operations.
• Assist with researching payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
