Qualifications

• Produce/Food Service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide professional customer service.
• Must have strong knife skills and cooking knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a temperature controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in product production and presentation in the Fresh Prep area.
• Ensures product quality, packaging and presentation meet standards.
• Washes, peels, mixes, cuts, packages and labels items.
• Rotates and fills display cases.
• Provides excellent/professional customer service.
• Operates equipment safely and follows standards.
• Adheres to company policies and food safety guidelines.
• Maintains department cleanliness and product freshness.
• Supports Produce Department as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
