Job summary

You will follow store SOPs, participate in trainings, assist with opening, mid, and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, and support suggested selling techniques while upholding health, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department continuously and maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
